Return Process

How to start a return:
1. Email support@harper-losangeles.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send instructions.
3. Ship your item to the address below.

Return routing: US returns are processed via our authorized returns center (address provided with RMA & also below). We don't accept walk-ins at the registered office.

Refund Process

Once returned items are inspected, refund is processed 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item; refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us at support@harper-losangeles.com. Exchanges are available within 30 days for unused items.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing by emailing support@harper-losangeles.com. Once prepared for shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send photos to support@harper-losangeles.com. A replacement will be arranged promptly.
