Refund Process

Once returned items are inspected, refund is processed 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item; refunded to the original payment method. 

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email us at support@harper-losangeles.com. Exchanges are available within 30 days for unused items.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing by emailing support@harper-losangeles.com. Once prepared for shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send photos to support@harper-losangeles.com. A replacement will be arranged promptly.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days at
