Carriers & Services: We ship with UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground (USA). 

Order Handling

Once your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email and begin preparing your items which are to be shipped from our international warehouse. Most orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). When your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Typical U.S. delivery windows are 2–4 business days after dispatch. Harper Los Angeles uses local carriers for last mile delivery on all orders.

Possible Delays

If your package hasn’t arrived after the full processing and shipping window, please allow an extra 2 working days. Use your tracking link to check progress. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@harper-losangeles.com and we’ll assist.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days at

Cancelling an Order

Need to cancel? Email support@harper-losangeles.com as soon as possible. We can cancel only if the order hasn’t entered processing or shipment preparation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to support@harper-losangeles.com. We’ll review promptly and arrange a replacement or the correct item.
